    a domain I purchased is not being shown in my manage purchases and I would like a refund for the subscription, it is awakenentrepreneur.net

    I see that awakenentrepreneur.net was cancelled on 10/2/16. A full refund was issued for this purchase. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to post back into your account that originally made the purchase.

    The billing history for your account will show the refunds and the receipts.

    that’s not what I typed in someone is messing with my account, I really need to talk to someone, I have a bank statement that shows I purchased two domains, the first one awakenentrepeneur.wordpress.com and the second one awakenentrepreneur.net which is not showing up in my manage purchases and I want a refund for it, I tried to get a refund but the website did not let me.

    Yes. You purchased both awakenentrepreneur.net and awakenentrepeneur.com on this user account. Both of these have been cancelled and refunded.

    Since awakenentrepreneur.net has already been cancelled it is not going to be listed in Manage Purchases. There are no active upgrades on this account. All upgrades have been cancelled and refunded.
