a fake wordpress blog with my account information!!!

i keep getting emails about comments waiting to be moderated from a blog with the same name as my main blog, but with a different http address. Has someone created a fake blog with all the appearances of wordpress blogs in order to get my login information, or more?!
somebody help! I go into that blogsite and can’t find a feature to delete that blog. It contains posts from about a year ago of mine. I’m just mystified as to how it came into being.

Did you ever have a wordpress hosted personal blog that you switched to a free worpress account? Maybe it leaves the other blog in place and clones you a new one? I have no idea. That is weird though.
