a fake wordpress site ? actually porn site

I want to report a site that says ‘powered by wordpress AdsPress theme ‘. It’s a porn site-‘beautiful women waiting to meet you’ with popup chat. The title is ADSPRESS, no dot com, and there is another benign blog titled dspress.wp.com. So unsure if it is actually on WP.
Discovered by googling my email ID, my email is in a long list of displayed email addresses, never seen this before today. I have screenshots.

I just wanted you at WordPress to be aware of this use of your site name and theme even if it is not actually a blog on wordpress. If it is not–I don’t know what can be done about it.
My personal concern is how they have my email when I’ve never seen this before today! Scary. -
That is a WordPress.ORG sortware install – they are not hosted on WordPress.COM and as such not subject to the Terms of Service here – The WordPress.ORG software can be used for Porn sites if the site owner wants to

It is not a WordPress.com site. It is self (paid) hosted (real site) using wp.ORG software. If they are following the terms of service for the hosting provider then there is not much you can do about it.
There are different kinds of WordPress:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/Are you getting spam comments from that site? If so, then just mark it as “spam.” so you won’t get comments again.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/unwanted-comments/Or have they somehow directly emailed you in some way? If so then how have they contacted you?

Screen shots might be useful for seeing what sort of emails that site is using. You can just upload them to your library and staff will be able to look at them.

No I googled my email ID along with my most-used web ID to see what was out there. A search result showed my email ID connected with the site, they displayed a long list of IDs- but I’ve never seen the site or heard of them before, no contact from them. I think maybe my email was harvested somewhere and added to a list for sale. The site url ends is .ru, Romania or something

It is more likely a Russian site if it ends in “.ru”.

The internet is not so safe as many would hope. If you have not been actually contacted by these folks, then I don’t understand your question. But this topic is marked for staff. Have you uploaded your screenshots with details? Subscribe so you’ll be notified when someone responds.
Please be patient until someone from staff responds.

There isn’t a question standing for WordPress about the email situation.
Their having my address was alarming , and separately I also thought the site was suspicious/fake because of their claiming wordpress but things not adding up as a wp.com site- not knowing it was a self hosted’.org site.
My intention in writing in was to advise of the suspicious site and the email address situation was one aspect of my suspicion. I wasn’t expecting a solution on that part from WordPress, in case I didn’t convey that well enough before.
I really appreciate the attention given this, thank you much .-for your responses

also the screenshot was to capture the wordpress info at the bottom, when it was in question. I don’t think it is needed now but I’ve put it in my media library should anyone want to see.

If you want to inquire further about why part of your email is on that page, please contact their host. I did a quick search and found it was this:
