  What is the advantage of hosting my blog on a private hosting account as opposed to wordpress.com?

  How do I format my blog to look like http://www.listbuildingblog.com. Specifically I want to know how to add my html script for the opt in boxes, and I want to add the bookmark tags at the bottom of each post just like they are on http://www.listbuildingblog.com.

  How can I accomplish this?
