  Can I have multiple users per account?

  While you could technically give access to your account to multiple people, we don’t recommend it for security reasons.

  Instead, we recommend that each person have their own WordPress.com account and be added to the site: https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site

  Can I have multiple themes within a site?

  No, each site can only have one theme, but you can have more than one site per account.
