A few troublesome questions with my migration to wordpress.org

Hi everyone this is my last resort as going crazy now
I have migrated most things successfully to wordpress.org and the new host. (kept my dns servers with wordpress.com for now until everything is perfect with the new host)
I need help with a few things as been searching for the resolutions for 4 days now!
1) How do i get all my 29 users transferred across as only showing me in the wordpress.org new site (will it be easier just adding them manually)
2) My stats of 68.000 has not transferred across any suggestions what i need to do?
3) Same with me email subscribers
I have jetpack on both and emailed them but not heard anything back if anyone has any suggestions would be appreciated.
4) I have a different admin user name in my wordpress.com account is it possible to have this the same in the wordpress.org as at the moment it is just admin which will show up when i post and do not want this.
5) same with my gravatar how can i get the one i use on my wordpress.com site
Sorry for all the questions but new to this and really do want to get it sorted if anyone can point me in the right direction will save me pulling my hair out xxxx

I’m also experiencing the same problems! I’ve been checking back on this post to see if you get answers. I need help with my subscribers too. I have them all downloaded (emails) but I don’t know how to get them onto my wordpress blog to receive notifications.
