A follower is having trouble posting comments

  The following comment was sent by a follower: I don’t know if anyone else has this problem, but when I try to post a comment, it usually takes several tries. I have learned to copy my post before clicking post comment. I have found if I click “post comment’, and then it asks me to sign in the comment will be lost. I have clicked, “keep me signed in”, but usually it still requires me to log in. After a couple of tries, it will show me as signed in and then it takes my post. I follow a couple of other people. I haven’t posted comments on their columns, so I don’t know if it is an issue with this site. I do know when I go to their columns it shows me as automatically signed in.

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear that your follower is having these troubles! The best thing to do is have them contact us directly. We can test these issue with them. It’ll will take a bit of back-and-forth and it’s important that we can communicate with the user to examine their settings/browser/process.

  Give them the link to this forum, and have them drop us a line at their convenience!

  By the way, for your own peace of mind, I’ve taken a look at your site and there isn’t any trouble with your comment box. I was able to use it, and noticed that other followers have been able to do this as well.
