A friend got a subpoena.
-
A friend of mine received a subpoena for her deleted blog she deleted over a month ago. The blog was only three weeks old and had maybe 10 posts on it. It’s her blog while about 8 of her friends would comment on it. The person who is trying to expose her is a lawsuit troll currently suing everyone he doesn’t like. I’m not kidding. This started on Twitter and he’s now stalked these women to their small blogs. She’s had to delete her Twitter account and then had to delete her blog after he sued her friends on Valentine’s Day. He filed lawsuits in Texas trying to unmask a group of women he does not like stemming from him stalking them on Twitter. The Texas lawsuits hit a road block last week for him in Texas. He’s now illegally forum shopping and filed a federal lawsuit in California. His California attorney is as corrupt as he his. His Texas attorney is being investigated by a special prosecutor on an unrelated case. Everyone around this lawsuit troll is corrupt and constantly stalking people on the internet they don’t like trying to unmask them.
My friend says she has till Tuesday before all her info is handed to her stalker by WordPress. She says she has emailed WordPress a few times already but has gotten no response. She has contacted attorneys but they all want large retainers which she can not afford.
This paragraph says WordPress can squash a subpoena if they feel it’s unwarranted. Can anyone at WordPress review her deleted blog to see how there is nothing on her very small blog that warrants a subpoena exposing herself to her stalker? Her friends have received many rape and death threats by this lawsuit troll and his friends. They brag about getting some of the women fired from their jobs after contacting their employers harassing them threatening them if they don’t fire these women. The lawsuit troll is a minor celebrity and has the investors who give him the money to do what he does.
The blog was deleted in February after he sued her friend in Texas and was only about three weeks old. It had about ten blog posts. He’s also sent another subpoena to another WordPress blogger trying to expose that blogger too. He has till next week. How can my friend reach WordPress quickly to get this stopped and to explain more in detail to WordPress? Which email address can she use to get a quick response from WordPress? She has till this Tuesday. I’m hoping WordPress might be able to squash the subpoena for her based on this paragraph:

Upon notification to the user, that user will be provided with either 7 days or the amount of time before the information is due, whichever is later, during which time the user may attempt to quash or legally challenge the request. If, prior to the deadline, we receive notice from user that he or she intends to challenge a request, no information will be delivered until that process concludes. We also review the information requests receive, and may lodge our own challenge to the scope or validity of legal process received, on behalf of a user, whether or not the user pursues his/her own legal challenge.
