  I need your help…. my friend is experiencing cyber bullying… nasty post and pictures were posted. This has to stop… who to contact? I need help.

  Hi,

  I have been cyber bullied for a year and a half on and off and I want to block this person from interacting with me as much as possible. She left a comment on my blog and I have her IP address. How can I block her IP address? Is that possible?
