A friend of mine is "user" of my blog but I didn't add her

Hello everyone!
A friend of mine just told me she’s got my blog under her blogs … but I didn’t add her as an user and she also isn’t in my list so I can’t remove her.
Does someone else have this problem or knows how to solve it? :/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Somehow I became a member of en.blog.wordpress.com, so it’s showing up in my dashboard, but I don’t know how to get rid of it. Is this related to rainwillfall’s problem above?
If not, how can I remove myself? My blog is at http://www.delaneydiamond.com

MacManx, it’s still there. I even cleared all my browsing data and it’s still showing up.
