A gallery of css-modified WordPress.org themes?

I’ve recently started a WP blog and have been fairly unhappy with the limited number of themes available for us here on the .com site. I’m wondering if I should purchase the CSS upgrade, but am not a particularly good CSS programmer. I would do this if it were as easy to find CSS modifications as it is to find themes for WP.org blogs.
So is there some kind of gallery of free CSS modifications somewhere, like all the galleries of themes?

There are no CSS “modifications” that you can copy/paste since if there’s a theme whose CSS has been modified would be to fit the user’s needs… There are, however, skins that you could use with Sandbox.

Also, you can google “Sandbox Skins” and more resources should come up.
