  I have designed a genuine matrix themes with codes falling and many other tempting stuffs. I want to add it to the default wordpress themes option that is given with all the free bloggers. I dont want to earn, what i want is people enjoy it.

  Please read this thread and understand the criteria for themes to be adapted to run on wordpress.com added is that they must be GPL licensed themes to be considered. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=18285&page&replies=47

  Also note that you failed to provide a link to the theme you want to be considered.
