A 'give away stuff' website?

  Hi everyone. I’m looking to start up a website where people would be able to give away unwanted household items for free, rather like Gumtree. Users would be able to upload a photo and description of their item, where it would be available for all to see. As this isn’t the usual ‘promotion’ website, would it be possible to create this on a WordPress platform? Many thanks. Alex
