"A great WordPress.com site" appears when I mention my website at FACEBOOK

I have created my website “elteam2nd.org” and it appeared almost like what I want. But I have two problems to consult.
    1. I need to promote my website to FACEBOOK. But, every time I mentioned “elteam2nd.org” a phrase “A great WordPress.com site” appears in the thumbnail. I do not want to to appear again. What I want is that some sentences of my “Home” page will show up. How to do that?
    2. I want my pages wide. So I need to move the search form, archive, and meta from first or second widget area into somewhere else or just remove them. Can you help?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Because you recently launched this site, Facebook originally grabbed the default WordPress.com tagline, “A great WordPress.com site,” to add to your Post. When Facebook grabs content from your site, it saves (or “caches”) it for future use. Facebook usually flushes its caches every couple weeks, so you should soon see the correct text appear when you post.

However, hoping to expedite the issue, I’ve used Facebook’s debugging tool on your URL:
    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

Try to post again to Facebook and please let me know if that worked.

If you’re using social networking to promote your site, I highly recommend using our Publicize tool to set up automated posts to Facebook whenever you publish:

I want my pages wide. So I need to move the search form, archive, and meta from first or second widget area into somewhere else or just remove them. Can you help?

In order to remove the sidebars and widen your pages, please open an existing Page in your page editor. On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll see the Attributes box. Change the page template to “One-column, no sidebar.” Then save your changes. You will have to do this on each Page you wish to adjust.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much and happy blogging!
