A HTML code for half star ratings?

  Hi,

  I was able to find a way to do filled stars and hollowed stars by using ★ ( filled) and ☆ (hollowed).

  However, I would also like to be able to use a half filled half hollowed star.

  For example I’ve rated my review for The Descendants 4.5/5. However, I can only do 4/5 as I don’t know how do to a half star.

  Hi. To my knowledge, a “half-star” character does not exist in HTML. You might have to create an image instead.

  And keep in mind that we are users like you on these forums. Links that say “preview” usually don’t work for us, but only for you.
