  Can I still buy customization a la carte? When I try, it kicks me back to the package upgrades. Same with the no ads add on.

  No. I’m sorry but the cut-off date for new individual purchases of No-Ads upgrades and for custom design upgrades was September 1st, 2014. That cut-off date applies to username accounts registered after September 1st, 2014 and in those cases purchasing either a the Premium bundle of upgrade or Business bundle is required.
