a like button

  Facebook and Google Reader have a nice feature – a “like” button. Using it, the reader may quickly say that he liked the post, without bothering to write a whole comment.

  Is there anything like it built-in directly into WordPress?

  (I understand the different between .com and .org. I am asking about .com, but if you are familiar with a plugin for .org that does it, it would be interesting, too.)
