a link doesn’t open

One link I tried to put in today wouldn’t open a snapscan window but would open the page if clicked on. The link was to a page in a site where people could see contents of a DVD if they wished to think about buying it (a bit like to a link to Amazon). I am not selling, or in business or nor anything to do with that other site – but is this why it won’t work? The link was from childtherapyandmentalhealthblog.co.uk (ctamh.wordpress.com) to https://www.emofree.com/EFTStore/p-20-eft-specialty-series-2.aspx I have left it there on the word DVD so you can try it. Thanks in advance for any light shed!

If you are talking about the little snap preview pop up, go to presentation > extras and make sure “Enable Snap Shots on this blog” is selected and click “update extras.”
If it is already selected, then it is likely a problem over at snap.

Thanks, but it’s the only link that doesn’t open since two weeks ago when I started out. The others are fine.
