A link in the "Comment Form"

  Hi,

  Is there any chance to put a link in the “Comment Form” under “Discussion Settings”?

  To display something like this:

  ¿Por qué se debería ver?</p>

  We all set the number of links that we choose to allow in any comment box on our sites. Please see here:

  Comment Moderation has a couple different options:
  Hold a comment in the queue if it contains __ or more links – A lot of spam comments include a large number of hyperlinks. The default setting here is 2 but you can make this higher or lower. If you set this to 0, all comments will be held in moderation, which would be the same as checking Comment must be manually approved in the previous area. https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderation

  Know that by allowing links to be posted in comments you are throwing down the welcome mat to spammers and have no doubt about that.

  I mean in the “Prompt” of the “Comment Form” under “Discussion Settings”. Excuse me for not including it before. I should have been more explicit.

  The prompt is found on this page
  http://cinemaquorum.com/wp-admin/options-discussion.php
  It has no HTML activated capability and that’s not expected at all, because we do not drive traffic to comment on third party sites. We want comments to be submitted to posts we publish exactly where they are published.

  My intention inserting a link is to explain to the person who will comment the reason of that question (“¿Por qué se debería ver?”), since there is no option to make a brief comment under the prompt, for example to explain the rules to comment.

  Ah now I understand. What I do is publish a commenting policy on a page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/, create a custom menu https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#1-create-a-custom-menu and then I add the Page into the custom menu https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#adding-pages Maybe that will work for you too.
