A link into the image caption?

  Hello,

  In my blog, I’d like to give credit to my photos by putting a link to the artist’s page in the caption of the image.
  I can do it in the editor but when i publish the blog there is no link, only text.

  The caption will not take HTML, only plain text.

  Alright thanks,
  I didn’t put the blog up because it’s still not started but I tried to create a post.
  It’s sad the caption doesn’t take HTML, it would be useful!

  You’re welcome and I agree it would be nice to at least be able to put hyperlinks in the captions. Hopefully that capability will be added sometime in the near future.

  You can add a link and whatever else you like in the description box. If you select the “Post URL” option before inserting the image, the content of the description box will show up in the attachment page.
