A link of WordPress.com at header

  I am using a paid version of wordpress. Still a link of WordPress.com is at the header of website. What should I do to remove it. I paid for a personal version.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I have already paid around 4500 INR. It is asking to upgrade plan. This is ridiculous. I better have choos some other platforms. WordPress is so expensive. Nothing is available for personal plan. Why it is an option even? Really frustrating.
