A list of all my pages are showing in the header of my blog

I need to remove the list of pages (all Pages on my site are listed in the header and I cannot remove them) I don’t know who they got there and I don’t know how to remove them.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there.
By default, new pages that you create will be added to your primary navigation menu. You can change this By navigating to My Site > Customize > Menus > Primary.
From there, you can remove the pages you don’t want to appear there, change the Navigation labels, etc. Near the bottom of that section, there is a checkbox that will allow you to choose whether or not you want all new pages added to your primary navigation.
