a little inquiry about WordPress.com's account

Hello,
Would someone tell me what the difference between my account at “wordpress.org” and “wordpress.com” is?
Secondly: whenever I have recorded this page into “in my blog.” from my Internet explorer, I notice immediately a windows live writer tool opening for me. What is the realtionship between WordPress.com and a windows live writer tool which is installed in my computer.
As long as this a windows live writer tool is shown only on the toolbar of an inerent explorer(32bit), how I will record any page I want to record it in my blog in the other browsers?
On the other hand, I know that I have account at WordPress.com. I want to know what the difference between them is. I know that wordpress.com is used to receive any blog I have publish inot via widows live writer.
Could you please be a little more explicit? As you know that widows live writer is only available in the tallbar of a 32-bit Internet Explorer. However, it is not available in the others browsers even a 64- bit Internet Explorer.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

WP.com and WP.org are totally separate. Your two accounts are not related, unless you’ve got the jetpack plugin on your .org site, in which case you’ve automatically got an account here (for what reason I do not know, but that’s the way it works).
I have no idea the relationship between WP.com and WLW except to suggest at some point you entered the URL for the WP.com blog in your WLW setup. I think you need to be at WLW support instead.

WLW also runs stand alone – I don’t use IE so no idea what is happening there – but I do use WLW as a stand alone program.

Thanks very much all of you. I have been publishing any pages into my account at WordPress via the WLW. So whyte Raincoaster say that I should ask this question at WLW community? On the othe hand, I don’t know any communities of WLW.
For Auxclass, you haven been publishing any boges into your account at WordPress via WLW ?

PS: I have changed my displayed username from “mohammadlardhi” into “a cooperaotr”. However as you see it is still shown “mohammadlardhi”. On the other hand, it is a cooperator in the upper-right corner. Do you aslo have a two desplayed user names? I have changed from my profile.

In addition, for my last inquiry about two usere names, I have just spooted that I must log in my account with “mohammadlardhi”. However the other “a cooperator” I couldn’t? Then what is the benefit from it? Please could you let be a little more palin in the explanation. Because I am beginer in this stuff.

Yes I write Posts with WLW then save them to my blog – then I double check the formatting, editing and such then publish the Post.
One note about this – there is some minor bug in the combination that seems to freeze the time date stamp on my blog for Posts from WLW so if I have a Post in Draft mode for a while it retains the time that I uploaded the Post – just a matter of remembering to change the time / date setting for the Post in the Publish box. Minor annoyance that I have learned to work with.

Your username always remains the original name in these forums. People were changing their names to appear to be different people, so they made that impossible here in the forums.

I have noticed raincoaster said that however I changed my username will not be shown, didn’t you? I would like to say that “mohammadlardh” was shown until I have changed it to become shown as “a cooperator” by doing these following happens: first, I click “Edit my profile”. Then, “My Public Profile” is shown for me. After that, I replaced my username which was “mohammadlardhi” into a cooperator” as you will be seeing in these screenshot whose link is here
My questions as follows:
First: Why must I log in my account via the username “mohammadlardhi” as long as I have change it into “a cooperator” ? look at here
Why does “mohammadlardhi” still show in every post I have posted, although “a cooperator” is shown in the upper-left corner in my account(under my avatar): Please have a look at here
Finally: What is the purpose of “a cooperator” as long as I couldn’t log in with it and it isn’t shown in every post I have posted. -

I write the Post offline using WLW on my PC – some of my Posts can take many hours to write over multiple days – using WLW on my PC lets me write a Post on my PC and not logged onto my blog – also less chance of a Post going away due to some error on the internet. Easier all the way around.
