A long time follower and commenter suddenly has all comments go to spam. How can I undo this?

It’s happened before. A long time follower and commenter now has all comments fall into spam and I don’t know why or how to stop this.

I’m sorry to hear that. Akismet is a learning engine, so if you mark them as Not Spam, Akismet should learn over time to stop marking those comments as spam. However, if this keeps happening and it’s been quite awhile of marking them as not spam and it still doesn’t work, can you let me know the username of that commenter? I can have our Akismet team take a further look.
Also, please provide me a few details as well:
1) How many of these users comments have ended up in spam?
2) How long has this been happening?
3) What do you do when the comments end up in spam?
4) Have you accidentally marked the users’ comments as spam before?Cheers!

It’s been happening for a couple of weeks.
The user is WhitelyWestie (a blogspot user) http://whitleywestie.blogspot.com/
When Whitely’s comments go to spam, I mark them as not spam and then have to approve them in the pending folder.
I don’t believe I accidentally marked any of Whitely’s comments as spam. I can’t say for certain that I accidentally do it but I know I never did it on purpose. So far there have been 3 or 4 comments that has gone to spam.
If somehow I did mark a comment as spam by accident, there should be some procedure to reverse it.
