A lot of help

    Hi! Where to begin…. I have a domain name that expires next month. I would like to keep it. When I try to do this, there is prompt saying that the jet pack is not connected. I click on the icon provided and there is an error message.

    What’s the domain in question?
    If it’s connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack, it’s probably not registered with us, and you’ll want to contact your registrar to renew it.

    Is there anyway to speak to a human being for help? I am very confused and frustrated. Would love to do the screen share for help help, but there is the jetpack issue.

    I can assure you we’re all humans and I’m sure we can assist you this way. :)

    The domain seekingpeacestrengthsanity.com is registered here at WordPress.com but it is associated with a different user account than the one you’re logged into currently. The site itself is also hosted here at WordPress.com, so Jetpack wouldn’t apply in this instance as that is a plugin for sites not hosted with WordPress.com.

    Additionally, the domain renewed already for this year and won’t expire until 2022.

    If you need further help, you do need to be logged into the account that owns this upgrade. If you don’t remember what account you used to make this purchase, since the renewal happened in the past week – if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    Once you regain access to the right account, you will have access to email support here:

    https://wordpress.com/help/contact
