A loyal customer requesting Domain Mapping Service, without going premium

  If you check my account, I was using Domain Mapping service since 2012 to 2021. Due to some financial constrains, I was unable to renew the service in March this year. Now, the option is available only as a part of premium plans. I cannot afford your plans. So, can I please get Domain Mapping, for $13? Please, I am begging for this one time gesture as a loyal customer.

  Hello there,

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  We wouldn’t be able to apply a stand along domain mapping subscription to the site.

  Also, you don’t need a premium plan, instead at a minimum you would just need a personal plan.

  Hello there,

  Yes that’s correct, domains can be mapped for free as part of a paid plan.
