Hi dear. I am a member of the INA. I was informed by the INA personnel that becoming a member gives me access to the NA and WordPress free of charge. This means, I do not need to make monthly payments for upgrading my WordPress account. Is this true? And how does this work? Vi

I don’t know what you are talking about and you failed to post the URL starting with http:// for the site referred to. In fact, I do know that there are no monthly payment plans for any upgrades here at all.

And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
