A Name record / configuring own domain

  Hello,

  I am trying to understand (reading your docs) why do I need exchange all my DNS servers with yours in order to access a simple web page hosted by wordpress.
  By doing so I am not going to be able to host email servers of my own choice or other dns based services.

  Why can’t I just use your IPs as A Records/IPs for my DNSs?

  Just to clarify,
  I don’t want WordPress to host the DNS.

  I’m afraid that the domain mapping upgrade requires that users change their name servers.

  We do offer a number of custom DNS features though, so you can continue to host your email or any subdomains elsewhere:
