A new glitch: can't edit in URL link for text on an existing page

  On an existing page, I’ve tried to add a line of text with a URL link, saving the text is fine, but when I try to put in the URL link on the page (http://educationinjapan.wordpress.com/education-system-in-japan-general/), insert/edit function i.e. an attempt to edit the link to the text makes it go to the blog link page instead….this page shows up http://educationinjapan.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
  Anybody else having this problem — are support staff aware of this glitch?
