A new website opens when I type my URL – hacked? help

  My website has been probably hacked since a new website opens when i put in my URL. I removed the unauthorized user from the Google search console, but I need to remove an ‘Unused ownership token’ (an HTML file) that the person created. I tried to remove it, but i keep getting an error message that the token is still detected and I need to remove the html file from my website.

  Please help and let me know to get that done. I am a novice in this field.

  What is the URL of your so called ‘hacked’ site?
