A nice Line or something for the bottom of Home Page?

  My website is: http://www.gacoastpropertymanagement.com

  I just figured out how to disable scrolling on the Home Page. The solid white bar at the bottom of the Home page is ugly. Does anyone know of some CSS code that is a nice little grey horizontal line or something to fill the space?

  Please be descriptive. I don’t know any CSS code at all.
