A Oct 2012 abandon blog defaming me and my family name

Hello,
This is Avinash Ananda
There is a Oct 2012 blog which is abandon and it is defaming me, my sister Varsha PG, my parents and my business name GAMMA.
It is carrying the name of Roshnee Patel which I am not aware of till date. There is no lawsuit filed by this person here. It is just some kind of miscreant info to defame me. Till date I did not heed this, but now one of my client has pointed that out any search on my name is bringing this blog on top of all the rest of my work on internet. That is the reason I am requesting you to pull down this blog.
The blog itself is not being operated nor there is a single comment of any kind except the comment by the blogger only.
I request freedom of speech. But in this case the right is being used to defame my name and the names attach there without any further action till date.
It is my humble request to pull it down.

I have already filled the “online form” link mentioned above..
I understand of you guys working around resolving issues posted by many.
But I request to pull this post down as one of my client now mentioned it and it may hamper my name, along with my sister and parents name and in turn my business.
Hopefully waiting for Term & Service Team to look into my complaint at their earliest and assist me.

As you have submitted the form, Terms of Service Staff will contact you as soon as they can by email, rather than on these public support forums.

Staff work through all such requests in datestamp order serving the earliest dated forms first and moving forward to serve the most recently dated ones, as would be expected. They frequently have a backlog, so expecting them to drop all other forms and serve this one out of order isn’t realistic. Your patience is required.

Yes, I got a reply from your Terms of service team email.
The reply is:

“It shows there is denial. I am not a US citizen so do not know how do I provide a US court order in this matter. I am a Indian citizen from India.
I have now put a comment on the blog through my colleague Mustansir Engineer who is a tech savvy person to carry forward this as per your request. The comment is under moderation. I have also attached the screenshot through the email replied to the Terms Of Service team email I had received.
I also once more request that please search for my credential online and decide for yourself. I have no such allegation.
I again say that I have respected “freedom of speech” which shows that I did not heed this blog from 2012 till 2016. The only reason I now request is that one of my client pointed it out and due to this post it may hamper in this matter.
So, once again I request the WordPress team and the community members to look into it and to bring this blog down.

I replied the email with screenshot of my comment being posted and showing moderate state.
I wrote the same as written above me.
I hope the TOS team do look into it and see to the point that it’s just an abandon blog defaming my name along with my family and business name.

“I cant see any way to email the blog owner as there is no mention of email address in the blog or anywhere on the blog site.
I feel obvious that if someone is pressing such a grievous charges and has till date not approach me via the law of the land.
Also, there is no comments on that blog till date. Even if there were comments they are not showing which means as I believe to be in moderation till date. Which again makes it obvious that there is no one to look after it was initially created.

Isn’t it possible at least to Mod Lock (kind of moderate) the blog till the blog owner doesn’t contact you for the same?
At the least that would bring the blog owner forward if he still looking after the blog.
I really appreciate the forum and TOS team for creating this forum and their respected team. Without this it wouldn’t be possible to even write all this what I am doing.
I just hope that the clarity of the blog should either come forward or else at the least put into mod lock kind of thing and a email to the author of the blog to come forward and reply me.
