A Oct 2012 abandon blog defaming me and my family name

I have created this thread with the same above “title” which was closed previously.
It is regarding a site http://roshneepatel.wordpress.com which has a single post, dated Oct 2012. It is defaming me and along with my family and also my business name.
I posted 4 comments about more then a week ago to which they still lie in moderation. I doubt that the blog after being created has ever been visited by the author again. I do not see any comments on that blog except the author comment “Hello world”.
I just made this one to say that there is no reply from TOS after i have replied to them several time on their initial reply under the “abuse” section.
You can close this thread, but please if there is anyway to at least inform the TOS to look into my replies and someone reply me back.

This thread will also closed so please stop creating new threads on issues that have been addressed before as the answers will not change.
