A permanent picture on the side bar of my blog?

  Id like to have a small photo on the left side bar of my blog that stays the same. I tried using the Flickr widget but I don’t think there is a way to make it always share the same photo? Is there any other way to have a permanent photo as part of my blog on either side? Thanks!
