A personal domain name

  Hi,

  I’ve only recently begun my blog at WordPress and I’m using a domain that is through WordPress. It’s thinkwiceblog.wordpress.com. I now would like to have ‘think2wice.ca’ as my own domain (without the requirement of ‘WordPress.com’ I’ve searched the availability of my preferred name on other registries and it is available, but on WordPress it states that it isn’t. Is there a way around this?

  register the name with another registrar then map it to your blog here

  once it is registered follow the instructions below – sometimes the staff need to help with extensions like yours – so post back in the forum with a new thread about help needed with domain mapping
