a plugin crashed my site

    Hello, WordPress! I installed a plugin called ‘Change Table Prefix’ in order to fix a WooCommerce issue on my site fictionadvocate.com, and when I updated the table prefix my whole site disappeared. How can I revert the table prefix and restore my site?

    It looks like this is a self-hosted site, so our support is limited on this occasion.

    Based on what you’ve described, you would be best placed to reach out to the hosting provider to see if they’re able to restore the database for you, with the original prefix.
