A plugin doesn't let me access my dashboard

    Hello there,

    I’ve tried to install the LinkWithin plugin on my website. Not only it didn’t work, but also it now doesn’t let me access my dashboard. I haven’t configured any FTP, so I can’t remove the plugin using Filezilla. And to complete my problem, I lost my password to access my files on a FTP software, and I have no idea where I can reset it.

    Can someone help me?
