A plugin I want to use is a wordpress.org plugin. Can I still install it?

  Can I use widgets from wordpress.org for wordpress.com. I wanted to install the plugin called Quotes collection. If I can install, how do I go about doing so? If it is there one like it that I can install?

  To display random quotes requires JavaScript and JavaScript is stripped out by the software here. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  Also note that there is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  I need the 20 Minute – Traffic Survey Ninja Plug in. Can I get that with wordpress.com or do I have to upgrade? Can I add it to wordpress.com if I already have it? If so how do I do that?
