A popup saying, "Error! I am not the user of this post!"
-
I just upgraded my blog yesterday, called, “Make Money Online.” https://youcanmakemoneyonline.org My name is Sheryl M. Franks and it is my blog. Why do I keep getting a popup saying, “Error! You are not the user of this blog. Or Error! You are not allowed to edit this post!” I just paid to have it upgraded yesterday, and I would like to know what is going on? Help! Thank You!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

youcanmakemoneyonline.org is not running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org and is hosted at Godaddy, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=youcanmakemoneyonline.org. Therefore we can’t help you with that site.
You have another site you-can-make-money-online.org. It is running on the wordpress.com platform and is connected to your account sherylfranks. -
Thank you for contacting me back, but that is confusing! How can there be two sites? I only have one you-can-make-money-online.org blog that is on wordpress.com which I just upgraded two days ago? I upgraded from free to personal through WordPress. I don’t understand where the GoDaddy one came in at! Seriously, I paid for an upgrade and I type a little bit and then that popup comes up and says, I am not allowed to edit this post. It kinda upsets me! I don’t have two youcanmakemoneyoline.org blogs except through you guys, not Godaddy. How did that happen? Help.

Hi there, I see youcanmakemoneyonline.org as having been registered through WildWestDomains (ie WordPress.com) but using GoDaddy nameservers. When I click on that link, I’m taken to a domain name holding page at cheapnames. ?!
The domain you-can-make-money-online.org is registered through Automattic (ie.WordPress.com) and is using WordPress.com nameservers. This is the domain that is currently attached to your site at youcanmakemoneyonlinehome.wordpress.com
I’ve flagged this thread for Staff assistance as they can see what is happening on the back end of things. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

You mention in your initial post 2 different domains: https://youcanmakemoneyonline.org/ and http://you-can-make-money-online.org/

Hello, thank you for contacting me back so soon. I have never used GoDaddy ever. I have always used WordPress. I have 3 free blogs through WordPress:
1. https://sherylsblog.home.blog/
2. https://wealthandhappiness.health.blog/
3. https://you-can-make-money-online.org/These 3 are the only ones under my account, through WordPress only!
The 3rd one is the one I upgraded two nights ago, from a free site to a personal site. I upgraded it only through WordPress.com. I do not have an account with GoDaddy! I don’t like the fact I paid to have the third blog upgraded Friday and then now I don’t feel like I have the privacy or freedom to write a post on it anymore! That popup stops me sometimes from editing or anything. I know you guys are going to fix this for me, that’s why I only use WordPress! -
I just noticed after I copied my URL mine is https://you-can-make-money-online.org/ It has the “dashes” in-between the words. But I still don’t know how they can stop me from writing a post? Thank you for still helping me with this. Please read my above reply as well.

Hi there,
I wasn’t able to see any issue on my end while looking into your account. Everything is set up correctly. Can you either log out of your account and log back in or try a different browser to see if you still receive that error?

Hello, I only notice the problem when I am trying to write a post. When I try to add an image or actually randomly pops up saying, “Sorry, you are not able to edit this post, you are not the user.” Then it disables me from doing whatever action I was trying to do.
I will write another post whenever I am able and see if it still happens. I will get back with you and let you know. Thank you.
