A post disappeared

Howdie,
I’ve just checked my Facebook page and one of the posts seems to be completely gone. I’ve checked trash and it is not there. I haven’t deleted any of my posts and all it looks strange.
It has been published as per Facebook on 21.02.2013.: PS4 revealed – first thoughts. I have it backed up on a file on my PC, but I am interested how it got deleted without receiving a notifcation or whatsoever. What could be the reason?
Kind regards,
ValentinThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the URL or the title of this missing post please?
You may be able to recover a post revision. Go to Posts > All Posts, hover over the title of the post, click Edit and check the Post Revisions module for previous saved versions of the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
If you’re not seeing the Revisions module while on the editor screen, click Screen Options (top right corner of your Admin page) http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ to activate it. Then select the post and page modules to include them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/modules/#list-of-modules Then you ought to be able to go here > Dashboard > All Posts > Posts and locate the post and recover it from post revisions.
If you cannot locate the post for locating and restoring a post revision, and it’s not in your Trash folder http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/ then you will not be able to recover it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash

Hello, timethief. Thank you for your help. I’ve follow the steps you’ve listed, but the post is not to be found anywhere.
Here os the link of it: http://gmpgames.wordpress.com/2013/02/22/ps4-revealed-first-thoughts/
As it seems I suppose I will have to repost it if I like to have it on my blog.

Hi again timethief!
Thank you for your time and efforts.
I still can’t get it – the link you’ve posted lead only to my most recent articles and could not locate this. As I said, I have a back up on my PC. However if I post it now it would be with today’s date stamp and I could not retrieve the place the original one.
Any idea what the reason could be that it disappeared? Could it be removed without notice from a webmaster?

No, it is only me, so no one could delete it, and if someone could log in there is no point of deleting just this exact post.
Thank you for your kind assistance, I am subscribed and will be checking it out.
Have a nice evening (day).
