A Post, with multiple revisions, disappeared

  Post, with multiple revisions, disappeared – I revised this post several times a day, all week. When I opened the page today, it was there and visible, but when I went to another tab and came back, the post had reverted to the moment the title was created, before it was even published. How can this happen? Where did it, and the record of the many revisions, go?

  Oops, I found the post in the trash. But, what happened was that, between the time I was working on an update, then went to another tab, and came back, the post was deleted and a draft of the title only, before the title was even finished, was opened in the editor. hmm

  Hi Bruce,

  I’m sorry that this happened! This can happen sometimes and the issues are sometimes difficult to pinpoint because it can range from browser issues to accidental user error to a bug. I will keep an eye out for bugs on our end and update you if we come across any!

  Next time to make sure this doesn’t happen again, a tip I use is to publish the post privately first, and make it public when you’re ready. :)
