a problem about import from another blog to wordpress

  I want to import the blogbus (http://baidu2011.blogbus.com/) blog to the wordpress. I want to know how to do it. I have seen the import menu but can not find the choice of “import from RSS or XML file”. I wonder whether the wordpress have such a function. If anyone konws how to solve the problem,please tell me. Thanks.
