"A problem renewing this domain" error message

    Hi!

    My website domain expired in July. I believe it is now in the redemption period, but I went to pay the cost to get it renewed (plus the $80 late fee) and it keeps popping up with “Processing…” then goes straight to a message that says “There was a problem renewing this domain.” My website is hosted on GoDaddy, and I’ve spoken with them and Wild West Domains — both of which told me it’s a WordPress issue. I’ve tried to pay with multiple cards as well as PayPal, so I know it’s not an issue with my cards. Is there a way I can pay directly, or get this resolved ASAP? I never got any emails regarding the renewal, so I didn’t even know this was happening until I went to go visit my website and it’s nonexistent now. This is my business and I need my website up and running! I’d appreciate any help.
