A problem with a contact form at the top of my front page.

I already requested help for this form to be removed either to the bottom of the page or if more convenient , another page. It presently blocks the heading of the page. Thanks for your help.

My advice would be to use your currently empty “about” page and put the contact form there and change the “about” title to “contact”.
Then you can safely delete the contact form that’s at the top of your “home” page/post.
