  in my console no plugin.
  how do I insert a menu plugin that I could add and remove plugin?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  If you require plugins then you have to hire a web host, set up your self hosted WordPress.org install and move your content into it.
