A publication against the copyright laws. Need of assistance

  Hello,
  I’m writing to you on the part of the Polish Institute of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw. On the site that was created on your domain appeared our publication which is not in accordance with the copyright laws. Please, contact the user in order to remove this publication.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/2015/11/protokol_dyplomatyczny__miedzy_tradycja_a_nowoczesnoscia_-_tekst.pdf. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
