  Hello, I’m new to making a website, I’ve been wondering if WordPress can make me customize everything, I’ve seen videos of people explaining WordPress, the themes were limited like you can’t make ‘your own’, I’m looking to make my own theme, is that possible with WordPress, If not, then how?

  If you want to use custom theme and plugins to your WordPress.com websites you must be under a business plan.

  Does the eCommerce can make your custom your own design, theme, etc. like the business
  one?

  And when I buy a business, eCommerce.
  does that mean I don’t have to buy a host? like blueshot?

  To clarify, Bluehost uses a different version of the WordPress platform from what we offer here, so you could technically have a WordPress site there or here, but you do not need both.

  Our Business and eCommerce plans includes hosting, and as well because we offer a managed hosting platform (Bluehost is cheaper, but totally DIY) we take care of all major software updates, user-accessible daily backups, security scanning and brute force protection, as well as private 24/7 live chat help for any questions you have about your site.

  On Bluehost you will need to take care of those yourself, and may need to use Google searches or public forum posts to get help.

  Making your own theme is pretty advanced (you will need some mastery of HTML/PHP/CSS) but can be done under our WordPress.com Business and eCommerce Plans only. This is not an option on our lower plans, which are limited to our built in themes here: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  Making your own theme frequently is not too hard if you make a child theme (based off of one which is similar to what you want)
