A Question about Themes

  If I downloaded a theme from the wordpress “themeviewer” page, and then unzipped it to my desktop, how do I now apply it to my wordpress blog?

  We cannot upload new themes at wordpress.com

  As well as teh sticky at the head of these forums. Please note that those themes are for regular WordPress, not the WordPress multiuser that we run here at wp.com.
