A question about what can be uploaded

  I’d like to start a site as an instructional designer, and so I want to be able to post various Storyline lessons for potential employers to see as an online portfolio. They would be .story files and tend to be about 40,000kb in size. Is this possible to do if I were to upgrade to a premium site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Here is a list of the accepted file types on a WordPressdotcom site https://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/ No upgrade of any kind changes that with the exception of the addition of audio, video and zip files for Premium and Business Plans.

  If being able to upload .story files is mission critical for you, you may wish to consider moving to a self-hosted site using the standalone WP software. More about the differences between WPcom (where we are) and standalone WP here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
