A question on adding a category

    I am trying to add – Major Project, Contextual Studies and Professional Practice categories to my main Tag ‘Selected Posts.’ Then I can look through all my other posts in all fifteen category/assignments (five for MP +five for CS and five for PP) and decide from the 15 cats, which posts to copy into the new three categories which I am trying to create. When that is done I would like to start uploading new posts to my Future Exhibitions Tag on information about – future exhibitions. I also have tags and categories that I have never used. Would it be possible to either use those for the purpose I have just described above or can they be deleted if they are not being used?
    Ainslie K Shawna and Jeremy have offered some assistance before but I have still not been able to complete these tasks. I am logged on now if some one out there can help please…
